Welcome to the Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions of the American College of Nuclear Medicine. This year the program committee, co-chaired by Harry J. Lessig, M.D., FACNM, FACNP and Leon Malmud, M.D., FACNM, FACNP have organized an excellent program on a wide range of clinical practice and accreditation-related topics.

ABOUT THE AMERICAN COLLEGE
OF NUCLEAR MEDICINE

The American College of Nuclear Medicine (ACNM) is a "Grass Roots" organization with involvement from all levels of participation in Nuclear Medicine. We grant Fellowship status to deserving practitioners and Gold Medals on special occasions to outstanding members.

ACNM Fellowship Convocation. Everyone is invited to participate in this ceremony honoring the 2008 Fellows and our President, Richard Campeau, M.D., FACNM. Black tie is requested for New Fellow attendees.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions are designed for all specialists who provide full or part-time services using nuclear medicine and PET Imaging, as well as, those who provide Radio nuclide therapy.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and the American College of Nuclear Medicine. SNM is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Society of Nuclear Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 10.75 AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

DISCLOSURE

All faculty participating in Continuing Medical Education programs sponsored by the Society of Nuclear Medicine are expected to disclose to the program any real or apparent conflict(s) of interest related to the content of their presentation.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Accommodations at the Royal Plaza, located in the Walt Disney World Resort, Lake Buena Vista, Florida include a special rate of $159 per night, "Run of House". Room rates subject to state, city and local taxes. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel at 1-800-248-7890. Early reservations are encouraged and after Tuesday, February 19, 2008 are subject to availability. Reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card number or first night's deposit (room rate plus appropriate state and local taxes) in order for the reservation to be processed and confirmed. A guarantee of payment insures that your room will be held for your first day of arrival only. You will need to identify yourself as a participant of the American College of Nuclear Medicine meeting.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fee includes all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, and Corporate Liaison Luncheon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $30 administrative fee is deducted from any refund request for cancellation. No refunds will be given after January 31, 2008.
